The Print Master is identical to the template Master in the PowerPoint template. However, the alternative background is primarily white to reduce ink use, printing times, and increase print legibility of the type.
Use the Print Master for audience handout and distribution as follows:
- With your presentation open, Choose Apply Design template from the Format menu.
- Navigate to the location of the PowerPoint templates, or folder into which you downloaded and uncompressed your PowerPoint template, and select the Print Master of the PowerPoint template that you are using. You'll see a thumbnail image in the navigation palette.
- Choose Apply.

| I have downloaded a PowerPoint template but I only have the Title Master. Where are the rest of the slides from my purchase? |

Your order contains 3 files.
- The template Master POT file
- The Print Master POT file
- The License Agreement Readme file
when you extract your order from the winzip archive.
By default PowerPoint only displays the Title Master Slide.
When you choose New Slide from the Insert main menu option, you will insert a new slide that will enable you to see the other slide designs of your purchase.
The template Master file contains both the Title Master slide and the Slide Master design, optimized for screen use. Whilst the Print Master file contains both the Title Master slide and the Print Master slide design, optimized for print use.
