Hi Mark, can you tell me what's the easiest and best way to play an .MPEG video file within a PowerPoint presentation?
Hi Ronny :)
nice to hear from you and many thanks for your question.

The easiest and best way to play an .MPEG video file within a PowerPoint presentation is:

  1. Select Movies and Sounds from the Insert option in the main menu.

  2. Select the "Movie from File..." sub menu option.

  3. Browse to select the video file that you wish to insert into your presentation slide and click OK.

  4. You may now decide if the movie will start immediately when the slide is displayed or if the movie will start when you click it.

  5. The Movie will appear on the slide without a controller bar.
Hope this helps you Mark, and don't hesitate to contact me if there's anything further I can do to help you.

Regards,
Mark Farrow, Multimedia Director 123Powerpoint.com
