I cannot install 123ppt video backgrounds studio. During installation wizard I get error message says that 123PPT Play & Share has failed and installation will exit. What is wrong? How can I install 123ppt video backgrounds studio?

Hi Ianadi and welcome to the 123PPT Community.

It seems from your post that installation of the 123PPT Presentations Player is successful but installation stops at the 123PPT Play & Share section of the installer which installs several components including the ability to be able to burn your presentation with video backgrounds to blu-ray, dvd and cd-rom.

Can I ask Ianadi if you are trying to install the latest version of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio which can be downloaded from our site? Or if you have downloaded the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio from another site?

There are many sites online offering "versions" of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio Ianadi, but the only place where you can actually download the real 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio is from 123PPT.com and from the URL: http://www.123ppt.com/video-backgrounds-studio/download.asp

Any version of our softrware being offered online from another site is not a legitimate or the latest version of our software.

Installing or attempting to install a version of our software downloaded from another site will create possible problems due to inconsistencies with version numbers, release build, registry and system installation.

By downloading and installing the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio from 123PPT.com you can be sure that you are downloading official release software and the latest version of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio.

Hey Jamie,

welcome to the 123PPT Community and PowerPoint Forum.

Are you running Windows 64-bit? If so are you running Office PowerPoint 32-bit or 64-bit?
