When you follow the link to http://www.123ppt.com/video-backgrounds-studio/download.asp - Download the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio the screen will grey and you are prompted to fill in your email address and complete the details of the CAPTCHA security image before pressing the SEND button.

If you complete the details successfully a new page will load and the download links will now be active and allow you to download the free trial edition by clicking on the download links once more.

If you have completed the details successfully but the download page simply reloads and you are prompted to again submit your email address and details of the CAPTCHA image then this is because your browser's Privacy setttings are set to high and are blocking cookies and session cookies from being stored on your machine.

To gain access to the download and free trial you must reduce your browser Privacy settings to MEDIUM and ensure that your browser Privacy settings now accept session cookies before trying to download.

I can't find the MEDIUM settings for Privacy settings. Using Mozilla Firefox 3.6 on Windows 7.

Hi powerpoint dude. Welcome to the forum!

In Mozilla Firefox select Tools > Options from the main menu.

Select Privacy from the folder options (the icon looks like a mask) and ensure that the checkbox options Accept Cookies and the sub option Accept third-party cookies are both checked.

This will ensure you can accept session cookies and authorize your free download.
