I just downloaded the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio but the Winzip file won't open and I get an error that it is corrupted. Can you help?

Hi Saaed. Welcome to the 123PPT Community!
 
It seems your download did not complete and your browser disconnected. When you download with Internet Explorer using HTTP (web based) download, if your Internet connection is broken or disconnects then the file being downloaded stops downloading and saves what is downloaded up until the connection break to the location you selected on your harddrive.
 
The 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio Trial Edition WinZip file size should be approximately 255 MB's.
 
If you right click on the 123PPT_Video_Backgrounds_Studio.zip file which you have downloaded from the http://www.123ppt.com/video-backgrounds-studio/download.asp - 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio Trial Edition Download and select properties you will see the file size of the file on your machine is most likely smaller than 255 Megabytes.
 
This means that either your browser disconnected from our server during download or your connection is not stable. This can sometimes occur with wireless connections attempting to download large files as the connection must remain open and undisrupted.

You're quite right admin. My download file size was just 138 MB. So I guess only half the file downloaded Cry
 
I was wondering if the actual download file on the server was corrupted but I see it's probably my connection that broke during download.
 
I'll download again now!

All our files are double checked Saeed to ensure that all file sizes are correct and all files are intact and that none of our files contain any viruses or other malicious code.
 
Jepp, it's easy to see that your line disconnected.
 
If you're on wireless router or modem check to make sure you're not getting any interference from any other wireless modem's at your location. Sometimes wireless modems can "compete" for the same IP ranges and bump each other out so double check available wireless networks in network settings Saeed and if you connect to yuor modem through a router try changing Dynamic IP assignment to Fixed IP's on the router.
 
We do also provide an alternative download for users who don't have WinZip that allows users to http://www.123ppt.com/video-backgrounds-studio/downloadunzipped.asp - Download the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio Installation File directly. But this won't help your connection problem Saeed, only if you experience difficulties with WinZip or don't have WinZip installed on your machine.
 
Seems it's the actual stability of your line and connection that is the cause of your download difficulties.
