I need to convert several presentations to PDF daily. “Double click to PPT file –> Ctrl+P –> Select virtual printer –> OK -> Close” for each file is really boring. Any idea how can I save some time?

Hi fergana,
welcome to the PowerPoint Forum.

There are many free online converters which will allow you convert PowerPoint files to PDF documents, but just as you outline in sending the PPT file to the virtual printer and using Adobe Distiller to convert the presentation to a PDF file, uploading your files to an online converter, won't actually save you time or be less boring.

If you have a volume of files that you need to convert to PDF daily then you might consider creating a batch file script which looks at a specific folder on your hard drive and converts these to PDF either at a fixed time each day or whenever you run the script.
