I have downloaded and installed the 123ppt video backgrounds studio but I can't seem to find it or it's not on my machine. All I find is a Troubleshooter.

I can see the 123ppt folder has installed and I can see the 123ppt video backgrounds studio folder but there's no sign of any program just a Troubleshooter.

Is there a problem with the software? How can I embed video backgrounds in powerpoint now?
