How can I insert a video background in PowerPoint? I only get options to import a JPG or graphic image, use a solid colour or texture tile.

How can I import a video to use as a video background in PowerPoint?

By default, PowerPoint does not let you insert or play video backgrounds behind text or send video backgrounds to the back of slides in PowerPoint.
