Downloaded and installed the trial of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio. I love it. Brilliant effects and really takes my presentations to another level.

But...I seem to be seeing my presentation on both monitors when I play it back and only want to see it on my second monitor. I know using PowerPoint I can control my slides using Presenter View but with video backgrounds this doesn't seem to have any affect. Is this is a "Trial" thing or is it the same in the Lite and Deluxe versions of the software?

Hi Moozer,
welcome to the 123PPT Community and PowerPoint Forum.

Presenter View is PowerPoint's own built in functionality to split your presentation slide show from PowerPoint layout view.

As you know PowerPoint does not allow you to insert http://www.123ppt.com/animated-powerpoint-backgrounds/ - video backgrounds in PowerPoint . Or to play video backgrounds in PowerPoint.

In order to insert and play video backgrounds in PowerPoint you need the http://www.123ppt.com/video-backgrounds-studio/ - 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio .

Because the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio adds new functionality to PowerPoint that allows you to insert and add video backgrounds to PowerPoint, it also creates new functionality that allows you to play video backgrounds behind your text and slide content in PowerPoint.

By default your presentation with video backgrounds opens and runs on the same monitor as PowerPoint.

To move your presentation to your second monitor in your dual monitor setup.
  1. Play your presentation with video backgrounds using either of the 2 play back options available in the 123PPT Play & Share section of your software.
  2. While your presentation is playing hold down the ALT key and press ENTER.
  3. With your presentation now playing in Windows Mode you can drga your presentation to your second monitor and maximize it there.
  4. Close your presentation.

From now on whenever you open and play a PowerPoint presentation with video backgrounds, it will automatically play on your second monitor leaving your primary monitor free for you to use PowerPoint or view other layout modes.

If you want to move your presentation back to your primary monitor simlpy repeat the above steps, dragging your presentation back to your primary screen and maximizing it before closing it.
