Will the 123ppt video backgrounds studio convert my powerpoint presentation to flash?

I would really like to upload my presentation to my website and I see lots of software that can convert powerpoint to flash but I was wondering can your 123ppt video backgrounds studio let me add video backgrounds to my presentation and then convert it to flash so I can upload to the web?
