I can't seem to get past the captcha on the download page.

Is there any other way I can get hold of the 123ppt video backgrounds studio trial edition?

Hey Chris,

welcome to the 123PPT Community and PowerPoint Forum.

Sounds like either your browser security settings or your antivirus or spyware software is blocking session cookies.

When your browser comes to the download page and reads the image generated from the CAPTCHA, then a session cookie is generated so that your browser can compare what you have written in the form field against what was generated and displayed in the image and if they match let you proceed.

If your browser is blocking session cookies, then your browser is not able to make the comparison because it has nothing to compare so the page simply reloads.

Check your Privacy Settings Chris in your browser to make sure that session cookies are allowed and if they re then check your antivirus or spyware software settings because somewhere session cookies are being blocked on your machine.
