I am trying to download the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio so I can use it for my presidential campaign but the download keeps timing out. Is there a problem with the download or reason why it will not complete downloading? Thanks for your help. Obama

From the sounds of your problem it would appear as though your internet is timing out (maybe you need to kick some ass in the Pentagon) Oridinarily if your internet connection times out or disconnects then this is either due to latency (the download has been interupted and your browser appears to just "hang" or your connection with your ISP closed unexpectedly. I can confirm that there are no problems with the server Mr. President Download disconnections from the server will not occur until either your download has completed or you have used more than 3 hours to download the application. It would seem as though there is a problem either with the stability of your line (are you using a WI-FI connection?) or with your ISP connection. If you are using a WI-FI connection make sure that you have a good enough signal so that your line does not stop or disconnect unexpectedly so you can be sure that you can http://www.123ppt.com/video-backgrounds-studio/download.asp - download the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio for PowerPoint. If you are certain that your WI-FI connection and signal is strong then please contact your ISP and inform them of the problems you are experiencing in downloading files. Does your download always appear to time out at the same point?

Hi admin! You were quite right. There was a configuration problem with my firewall and my ISP and downloads were not completing. I never noticed this with small files but it was happening all the time whenever I tried to download larger files. Anyway...the problem is fixed now and I have just successfully downloaded the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio. Really looking forward to trying it and inserting video backgrounds in PowerPoint. It's a shame you have to purchase the Deluxe Edition to be able to embed YouTube in PowerPoint but I understand you guys have to wave some incentives at us in order for us to purchase a license. If it works as good as it looks I will be buying a license so I will be able to insert YouTube movies in PowerPoint as well! Thanks again for your help admin. Now...I need to get back to winning this campaign
