PowerPoint presentations create a .PPT file.
PowerPoint templates create a .POT file.
PowerPoint SlideShows create a .PPS file.
When you create a PowerPoint presentation together with the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio. Or if you create a PowerPoint presentation together with the http://www.123ppt.com/music-soundfx-studio/ - 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio . Or if you create a PowerPoint presentation together with both the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio and the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio then the file extension of the enhanced PowerPoint presentation is a 123Playback file.
To create a .123Playback file for your video and audio enhanced PowerPoint presentation you need to save your file and make it ready for distribution.
If you open PowerPoint select the 123PPT Play & Share feature here you will see several options for sharing and distributing your PowerPoint presentation.
The Prepare Presentation option allows you to create a self-extracting .exe file of your PowerPoint presentation with video backgrounds (if you have WinZip installed). This creates a single easy to easy file of your presentation and makes it easy to send your presentation with video backgrounds for example over the Internet or email.
If you don't have WinZip installed then the Prepare Presentation feature lets you choose a location on your computer for example on your hard drive and create a new folder where your presentation and video backgrounds are copied. This is ideal if for example you want to copy your PowerPoint presentation with video backgrounds to a memory stick or memory card to share and distribute on other computers or with friends.
The Burn To Disc feature lets you burn your presentation with video backgrounds directly to Blu-ray, DVD or CD-Rom discs directly from inside PowerPoint.
When using either of the Prepare Presentation or Burn To Disc features, the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio creates the .123Playback file for your presentation.
This means that if you now double-click the 123PPT Presentations Player shortcut icon on your desktop and browse to the location where you saved your presentation using either of the 123PPT Play & Share features you will now see your presentation name with the .123Playback file extension. For example, MyPowerPointPresentation.123Playback.
If you select the MyPowerPointPresentation.123Playback file it will automatically open your PowerPoint presentation with video backgrounds and play it back without needing to open PowerPoint. Pretty neat huh?
Alternatively, you can just use your Windows Explorer to navigate to the folder where your PowerPoint presentation was saved using the 123PPT Play & Share features and simply double-click on the .123Playback file and your PowerPoint presentation with video backgrounds will open and play without you even needing to open the 123PPT Presentations Player!
This is the same for other users or computers getting your presentation Jen. As long as you use either the Prepare Presentation or the Bun To Disc share options, any other PC computer can either open your presentation from the desktop shortcut of the 123PPT Presentations Player or simply doublclick on the .123Playback file to open your presentation and play it back exactly as it is on your machine.
