I have downloaded and installed the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio Trial Edition from 123PPT.com and I am very impressed with your functionality. Finally I can control volume of all music and sounds in my presentations so this looks very good.

I have one question about Standard and Advanced Mode. When I select the OPTIONS icon  in the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio there is an option for the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio Wizard mode for Standard and Advanced.

What is the difference between these modes? I think I am missing something so any help anyone can offer is greatly appreciated.

Hi Abrahim and welcome to the 123PPT Community!

The 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio for PowerPoint is the first application that allows you to control volume, fade music in, fade music out, crossfade between tracks, pan music from left to right or right to left and even record vocals and voiceovers so you can narrate your PowerPoint presentations in real-time.

In addition to this functionality what really adds a whole new depth and dimension to PowerPoint using the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio is that it allows you to create presentation music playlists, arrange tracks, edit playlists, shuffle tracks, as well as create and loop presentation music seamlessly.

The Standard Mode of the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio Insert Wizard is the default mode for the Insert Wizard.

The Standard Mode is a simple 5 steps process that lets you:
  • Create a presentation music playlist.
  • Add music tracks from your music library to your playlist and arrange the tracks and playlist order.
  • Adjust the volume, add effects such as loop, fade or pan for each individual track in your playlist, as well as loop or shuffle your entire playlist.
  • Add and synchronize sound effects to slide transitions or custom animations to gain focus and attention.
  • Apply the playlist to your presentation.

When in Standard Mode, the Insert Wizard applied your playlist to your entire presentation so that your playlist plays across the slides of your presentation as you proceed and play your presentation.

Advanced Mode differs in that it allows you to create individual playlists for individual or groups of slides in your presentation rather than one playlist for the entire presentation.

Advanced Mode has the power to allow you  to create entirely separate playlists for each slide of your PowerPoint presentation if you wish so that each slide of your PowerPoint presentation could have its own individual theme, audio effects and settings.

Yes Abrahim. I hear you Wink

The current release of the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio is version 2.0 includes new audio effects such as complete volume control for music and sound in PowerPoint.

Our technical department are updating the user manual for version 2.0. But because we have completely redesigned the user interface so that the user experience when using the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio and the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio gives a cosistent and familar experience, the user manual for version 1.0 of the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio was outdated and no longer relevant to our latest release.

The new 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio version 2.0 user manual will be released shortly Abrahim, and I just double-checked to make sure that when it is Customer Services send you reminder so that you can download it directly from 123PPT.com.
