Hello 123PPT,
I have installed your music software and it is incredibly easy to use but I am struggling with one small thing.

When I create a playlist and add the music I want to play it seems the playlist spans the whole presentation.

Since the presentation will be self-running for a trade show, I was hoping to be able to create different playlists for different slides. Is this possible or do I have to loop the playlist that has been applied to the whole presentation?

Hey LaterMan81,
welcome to the 123PPT Community and PowerPoint Forum.

The 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio offers several ways to create individual playlists and several ways to assign individual playlists to individual slides or one playlist across your entire presentation.

If you are using the Insert Wizard function then the easiest way to change the Wizard Mode from Standard to Advanced.
  1. Click the OPTIONS icon of the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio.
  2. The 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio Application Settings Pane opens.
  3. In the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio Wizard mode section select the radio button to the left of Advanced.
  4. Close the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio Application Settings Pane.

When you now use the Insert Wizard, instead of creating one playlist to assign to your entire presentation, you now have the option to create a playlist and assign it to just one of your PowerPoint slides, or to several of your PowerPoint slides or to your entire PowerPoint presentation.

You can create as many playlists as you wish and you can assign a unique and individual playlist for each individual slide in your PowerPoint presentation if you need.
