Hello community!

I know tih sis probably a silly and simple question but I've been trying to figure out how do I shuffle the tracks in my playlist?

I've been checking our the trial edition and it's amazing. Packed with really cool features. I read that I can shuffle the tracks in my playlist but I just haven't figured out how to do it. Does anyone know how?

Dankeschön!

Hi David and welcome to the 123PPT Community!

When you create a playlist or edit an existing playlist using the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio in PowerPoint. You can add or remove tracks to and from your playlist.

If you select either the Insert Wizard or Edit Playlist functions which are available in the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio ribbon menu the Playlist Editor opens.

Once you have selected and confirmed the tracks that you wish to use in your playlist you proceed to the Set Effects pane of the wizard. your playlist is displayed on the left hand side of this window and beneath your playlist tracks are 3 icons.

The icon on the left is a green Play Preview button that allows you to select and play each individual track and preview the effects such as volume, fade in or fade out that you wish to assign to each track.

To the right of the Play Preview button is Loop Playlist button which allows you to loop your entire playlist. This is different from the Loop control to the top right which allows you to define the nuber of loops for any individual track in your playlist. The Loop Playlist button, when enabled, loops your entire playlist until you reach the end of your presentation when your PowerPoint presentation is played back.

To the right of the Loop Playlist button is the Shuffle Playlist button.

The Shuffle Playlist button, when enabled, randomly shuffles your playlist during playback so that your music tracks randomly shuffle whenever your open and run your PowerPoint presentation.

Hope this helps David.
