Cannot Play Presentations with video Backgrounds

I cannot seem to get my presentations to play using your this product.  It is specifically having trouble with "Power Pointer View."  The specific error is pptviewer, Power Pointer Viewer cannont be started.  (error 3)

Hi beaves35,
welcome to the 123PPT Community and PowerPoint Forum.
 
The "error 3" error that you are receiving is due to a problem with Office PowerPoint Viewer on your machine.
 
It may be that either Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer is not installed or an installation of Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer is corrupt.
 
To correct the problem, simply: 
  1. Close PowerPoint.
  2. Open your Windows Control Panel and select Installed Programs on your machine.
  3. Scroll down and see if you have Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer installed. If so, select it and uninstall it. Don't try to use Repair. Just uninstall.
  4. Uninstall all instances of Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer from your machine then close your Windows Control Panel.
  5. Open your Internet browser and go to: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=6
  6. Download and install the PowerPoint Viewer.
  7. Once installed open PowerPoint and you will find that the error 3 message is corrected.

Use any of the 2 123PPT Play & Share play back options to play your PowerPoint presentations with video backgrounds.
