I am missing something? I have downloaded the software but all I see is a Troubleshooter application in Windows and when I try to open the software it just opens a Windows browser. How am I supposed to add video backgrounds to my powerpoints using this software?

	Hey James, welcome to the 123PPT Community and PowerPoint Forum. Nice to have you with us. From your post it seems as though you have downloaded the 123PPT Presentations Player rather than the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio which is the application that allows you to insert and add video backgrounds in PowerPoint. The 123PPT Presentations Player is a free standalone player that can open and play PowerPoint presentations created with PowerPoint and video backgrounds or PowerPoint presentations with YouTube movies inserted in them. When you open the 123PPT Presentations Player a browser window allows you to browse to the location on your hard drive and open the enhanced PowerPoint presentation. It does not allow you to edit or insert video backgrounds. In order to add and insert video backgrounds in PowerPoint and in your PowerPoint presentations you must use the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio which is the only application that allows you to insert and play video backgrounds in PowerPoint.
