Why do I need to license my copy of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio?

When you license your Free 14 day Trial Edition of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio, you will be able to create and view full screen full motion PowerPoint presentations with video backgrounds without watermarking.
During your free trial period, and until your copy of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio is licensed, all presentations that you create will show 123PPT Video Backrounds Studio Trial Edition watermarked as text upon your presentation video backgrounds during play back.
In addition to the removal of watermarking, licensing your copy of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio allows you to import videos for use as video backgrounds in your PowerPoint presentations.

What happens if I forget to register and license my copy of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio before the trial period is over?
|

|
Nothing. When your free 14 day trial period has ended, the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio will automatically ask you to enter your Product Activation Code whenever you start PowerPoint. If you have not purchased a license for the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio you will not be able to enter the correct Activation Code and license your product for use. Without the correct Activation Code the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio will no longer be available to you in PowerPoint and you will no longer be able to create full screen full motion PowerPoint presentations with video backgrounds.
Purchasing a license for your copy of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio at any time, will allows you to activate your product and you will enable all the functionality of your licensed version of the edition you selected. |

What license options are available?

There are currently three (3) versions of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio available with additional upgrade and multiple licensing options available.
- The 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio Lite Edition is our entry-level license and the ideal license for users who are just starting out and getting used to creating PowerPoint presentations with video backgrounds.
The 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio Lite Edition lets you import up to five (5) additional video files, movies, video clips or video loops for unlimited use as video backgrounds in your presentations. Any .MPG, .WMV, .AVI or QuickTime .MOV video file can be imported for use as a video background.
Once imported video backgrounds can be used on as many slides and in as many presentations as you wish without limitation. To import more than five (5) video files for use as video backgrounds from 123PPT.com and our Professional Video Background Collections or from your own video files, the Upgrade Lite Edition license should be purchased.
- The 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio Deluxe Edition is our premium license and designed for presenters who create alot of presentations or require total flexibility from their video backgrounds and video background options.
The 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio Deluxe Edition allows you import your own or other third-party video files, movies, video clips or video loops for use as video backgrounds in your PowerPoint presentations without limitation. The 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio Deluxe Edition also allows you to import unlimited video backgrounds downloaded from 123PPT.com and our Professional Video Background Collections.
In addition to unlimited video imports, the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio Deluxe Edition also allows you to import any YouTube movie at any available screen resolution up to and including full broadcast quality High-Defintion (HD) for use as a video background in your PowerPoint presentations.
In the all new 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio v.3.5 you can now choose to import YouTube movies with or without their soundtrack for use as video backgrounds without limitation.
Both the Lite and Standard Edition of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio can be upgraded to the Deluxe Edition at any time through the purchase of optional upgrade licenses and each edition of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio can also be licensed in a variety of ways. If I opt for the Lite Edition license initally can I upgrade later to the Deluxe Edition?

Yes of course. One of the real benefits of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio is that all functionality is built into the Trial Edition of the application. It is your product edition license which releases and extends your application functionality.
Unlike other software where you have to download large upgrade files to overwrite your existing installation. With the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio you simply activate your product and if at a later time you decide that you want to upgrade your edition from Lite to the full Deluxe Edition then you simply purchase the optional Upgrade Lite Edition license.
When you enter your new Deluxe Edition activation code your Lite Edition will automatically upgrade itself to Deluxe and all extended Deluxe Edition functionality will be instantly available to you. You don't even have to reboot or restart PowerPoint! That's right. No system restarts or closing and reopening of PowerPoint. Simply enter your new upgrade activation code and your Lite Edition is automatically upgraded to Deluxe. |

Is my product license transferable?

| No. Obviously one of the many problems with protecting software and software development is licensing. Your software is licensed to the machine it is installed upon. Should you decide to purchase a new machine, or wish to install your software on another machine your product license is non transferable which means that you will need to purchase another license in order to use a licensed version of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio on another computer. |

No. In order to create, edit or update PowerPoint presentations with video backgrounds you require a license of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds for your machine.
If you have several computers but only use one machine to create, edit or update your PowerPoint presentations with video backgrounds and use your other machines to play and view PowerPoint presentations only then you do not need to purchase a license of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio for these machines and can simply install the free standalone 123PPT Presentations Player to view and experience your PowerPoint presentations with video backgrounds on your other PC's, laptops, workstations and computers. |

All machines that will be used to play your PowerPoint presentations with video backgrounds do not require a license or the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio, or even PowerPoint to be installed on them! Simply install the free standalone 123PPT Presentations Player to view and experience PowerPoint presentations with video backgrounds on your other PC's, laptops, workstations and computers. |
