Hello everyone

What a Grrrreat presentation forum!!!! I was wondering if anyone could help me? Is it possible to copy a powerpoint template design from one power point to another powerpoint presentation?

It would save me so much time if there was an easy way to just do this and be able to use the same pot file on another presentation.

Lelo

Hi Lelo, welcome to the 123PPT Community and PowerPoint Forum.

A powerpoint template design contains a Title Master and a Slide Master. If you are using PowerPoint 2003, 2007 or PowerPoint 2010 then your powerpoint template could contain multiple Title Masters and multiple Slide Masters.

If you have used one or both of these masters (View > Master > Slide Master) in a presentation that has the template you want, then you can delete the content slides and simply save the empty presentation as a PowerPoint template.

Go to the main menu and select Save As a Design Template. That way, the masters will available in your Slide Design Task Pane (Format > Slide Design).

Now if you open the presentation to which you wish to apply the powerpoint template design. In the design
task pane on right, find the Design Template you created and just Apply it!
