I'm looking for PowerPoint video templates. Is it correct to say PowerPoint video templates or are they called video templates for PowerPoint?

Hi Janus and welcome to the 123PPT Community!
PowerPoint video templates and video templates for PowerPoint are actually called PowerPoint Video Backgrounds.
A PowerPoint Video Background is a video file, often a video file which is created as a seamless loop to allow it to play seamlessly in the background of your PowerPoint slides and presentations.
PowerPoint itself does not support or allow you to play video templates or video backgrounds in PowerPoint and in order to play video templates and video backgrounds in PowerPoint you need to use the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio which is a PowerPoint Add-In application that allows you to insert, control and play video backgrounds in your PowerPoint slides and presentations.
