Yes. The Lite Edition of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio allows you to import YouTube movies and clips for use as video backgrounds.

The functionality of the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio lets you enter the URL of the YouTube movie you want to import and use as a video background. Once the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio confirms the URL address you are provided with a list of available versions of the video available to download and use.

Many videos posted on YouTube are available in multiple formats. High-Defintion (HD) formats as well as lower definition formats.

For viewing online and streaming lower resolution formats are usually selected by your browser when you are on YouTube's website. However, for your PowerPoint presentations you can choose higher definition versions of a movie if higher defintions are available. Available resolutions for download and import can be seen in the Format drop down menu.
