Hi bullseye.
Normally PowerPoint saves your PowerPoint Template Designs in the Templates\Presentation Designs
folder on PowerPoint 2002/ 2003, and in the
Documents and Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
folder on PowerPoint 97/ 2000.
The file extension of a PowerPoint Design Template is not .PPT bullseye, but .POT which perhaps explains why you were unable to find any design templates in your search Admin

Hi again bullseye!
To browse the PowerPoint templates saved within the templates directory, Click on Format in the main menu and select Slide Design from the drop down menu. The Design Template pane opens displaying all the PowerPoint design templates in your templates folder. If you have saved your design template in a different folder, or in another location on your local hard drive or network, click on "Browse" at the bottom of the Design Template pane. This way you will be able to search within your computer for the missing template Admin

Cool! Thanks admin. Just one more question. The powerpoint templates made by 123ppt.com. Are these made by your own designers or are you an affiliate reseller of powerpoint templates?

Hi bullseye! Ouch....are you trying to offend us?
There are many companies online such as Crystal Graphics and PoweredTemplates who actually don't produce their own templates or have their own designers! Crystal Graphics for example don't produce any of their photos and only resell those from a company called ShutterStock.
They don't actually produce any of their PowerPoint templates. In fact, we were actually contacted by them and asked would we consider selling our templates through them! Can you imagine the cheek of these guys!
They don't even produce their own Video Backgrounds for PowerPoint bullseye. Again they are just a third party reseller of other people's work.
It's really a shame I know that companies like this exist. They flood the market wih products that aren't even theirs and of course what do you do if you need customization? If you need unique design? Well...good luck.
At 123PPT our staff of designers, motion artists, musicians, and composers, create all of our products bullseye. We are not a reseller and we have not built a business by being a "middle man".
I am proud to say and be part of 123PPT bullseye because we not only have graphic designers, motion artists, and composers. But presentation consultants. Copy writers. Presentation advisors. As well as illustrators. In fact 123PPT.com is the only organization which is completely commited and fully able to create every kind and type of presentation or presentation media resource any presentor could ever need.
I never used to believe it. But I see it every day. Our creative and presentation staff are outstanding. Perhaps this is why we are also constantly reminded of how good our products are. We receive feedback all the time from users who have purchased a PowerPoint template or animated PowerPoint background from another site only to find once they downloaded and used the product that they needed something that looks, sounds, and is more professional.
I take it as the ultimate compliment and I know Charles and his staff are unbeatable.
My advice bullseye is stay away from the affiliates and third party resellers of PowerPoint related products. They are usually just desperately trying to earn their 20% commission and can't provide you with any real knowledge about the products they are selling...because they don't make them!

Wow. Thanks for the heads up admin. I thought Crystal Graphics made all their products? I see them everywhere. Offering this annoying powerpoint template subscription.
But they don't even make their own powerpoint templates?
I'm shocked. Actually horrified. Does anyone else know this? I mean it ought to be more widespread and known online that they are nothing more than used car salesmen. Greedy middle men sitting between the customer and the designers. I think if more people knew this they would look again at that company and click away from their site as quick as possible.
Thanks again Admin. I have to admit. The quality of 123PPT powerpoint templates do rock and the site so easy to navigate.
